Welcome to i-Gate. These Terms of Use govern your use of the i-Gate website, the i-Gate app, our learning platform and on-site facilities at the Bhilai centre. By accessing the site, the app or any service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance

By using i-Gate services, you confirm that all information you submit is accurate and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept on your behalf.

2. Course enrollment & fees

Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment is received and acknowledged. Course access (live classes, recorded videos, test series, mentor support, study material) is granted for the batch duration specified in your course brochure.

3. Conduct

You agree not to share login credentials, record or redistribute live or recorded classes, copy proprietary study material or test questions, or use i-Gate services for any purpose other than your own preparation.

4. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, slides, practice books, test questions and mentor responses — is the intellectual property of i-Gate. Unauthorised copying, sharing or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before enrolling.

6. Limitation of liability

i-Gate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, app or learning platform. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant course.
