• Academic data — education background, target exam (GATE / PSU / NET), batch preference, prior attempts.
• Payment data — processed by our payment gateway; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — pages viewed, classes attended on the LMS, test scores, device and browser metadata.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to course enquiries and provide demo classes.
• To deliver classes, mock tests, study material and mentor support to enrolled students.
• To send batch updates, fee reminders, exam alerts and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
• To improve our website, app and teaching programmes.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with: our payment gateway (for fee processing), our learning-platform provider (Testpress), and authorities when required by law.
